WHAT WE DO

WE ARE SEASONED EXPERTS IN THE COACHING, GUIDING AND SAFETY TECHNIQUES THAT WE HAVE DEVELOPED AND REFINED OVER THE PAST EIGHT YEARS. OUR SUPPORTIVE, THOUGHTFUL AND CREATIVE APPROACH KEEPS RIDERS ENGAGED, WHILE SAFELY PROGRESSING THEIR SKILLS. TRANSPORTING TO NEW DESTINATIONS EACH DAY KEEPS THE RIDES FRESH, DIVERSE AND DEVELOPMENTALLY APPROPRIATE. WE COACH MOUNTAIN BIKING, TAKING OUR FUN AS SERIOUSLY AS OUR SAFETY. COME EXPLORE THE BEST TRAILS IN MARIN COUNTY.

RIDERS PRACTICE EVERYTHING FROM PROPER BODY POSITION, BRAKING AND SHIFTING, TO WHEEL LIFTS AND BUNNY HOPS. WITH A STRONG FOCUS ON TRAIL ETIQUETTE, LOCAL ECOLOGY, AND BIKE MECHANICS, OUR RIDERS BECOME CONSCIENTIOUS, CONTROLLED AND CONFIDENT CYCLISTS.

MT TAM BIKES CAMP IS ABOUT CONNECTING WITH NATURE, BUILDING CONFIDENCE, GAINING KNOWLEDGE AND MAKING NEW FRIENDS. WATCH OUT, YOUR KIDS MIGHT TRY TO COACH YOU AFTER RIDING WITH US.

ADVENTUROUS

AT MT TAM BIKES CAMP, WE LIVE IN THE MINDSET THAT ADVENTURE IS NOT ALWAYS WHERE YOU FIND IT, BUT HOW YOU FIND IT. OUR CAMP IS ABOUT CONNECTING KIDS WITH NATURE, ON BIKES, EVERYWHERE WE GO.

PHILOSOPHY

FOUNDED IN 2006, WE DON'T JUST GO FOR A RIDE: WE TEACH MOUNTAIN BIKING. RIDING A BIKE IS ABOUT CAPTURING A FEELING, AND THAT FEELING IS FREEDOM.  WE INSPIRE RIDERS BY SHOWING THEM WHAT CAN BE DONE ON A BIKE, NOT JUST TELLING THEM WHAT TO DO.  WE CREATE A FUN, SAFE, NON-COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT WHERE KIDS CAN CONNECT WITH RIDING, NATURE AND EACH OTHER.

AFTER 13 YEARS, WE ARE MORE FOCUSED THAN EVER ON SENDING YOUR KIDS HOME HAPPY AND TIRED, WITH STORIES OF OUR DAY'S ADVENTURE.
